Career as a Concierge and Doorman

Prerequisites:

You have completed vocational training, preferably in the upscale hotel management or other services and already have professional experience as a concierge or a similar position.

The job:

As a Concierge of a residential property you are the first local contact. In this varied and exciting role you will be solely responsible for coordinating the concerns regarding residence ownerships. You are in close contact with all other departments – Facility Management, Engineering, Property Management, etc. – to ensure an optimal, effective and reliable service for the residents. You enjoy working with people, welcoming residents and guests, ensuring security and order, offering discreetion and competent assistance to take care of all concerns and wishes, and you offer absolutely professional service.

For this versatile position an engaging and adaptable personality is desired. You are ready for new situations, resilient and motivated. You have communication skills in German and English and very good knowledge of MS Office, you are also very service-orientated, have good local knowledge, a neat appearance and good manners.
