Completed commercial training gladly also in the hotel industry. You have at least five years of professional experience and bring knowledge of office skills. You have to deal perfectly with the PC, Office, Excel and Windows software.
You are responsible for the telephone, for the reception of visitors, all mail and the postal distribution. You are the first port of call in the business, and give competent advice. You are additionally responsible for guest services, the organization of in-house conferences and smaller events, secretarial duties and functions, orders and the coordination of services are also part of your job.
